Testing instructions

Fill out the data to get to the last tab
Verify that a lightbulb icon is shown in the WYSIWYG area
Verify the menu can be opened
Open the browser console and verify that click and item cause something to be logged to the console
Verify the menu can be closed by clicking the lightbulb icon again
Verify that text in the area does not overlap the lightbulb icon in normal use
