Testing instructions

This is a bit hard to test as it needs to actually run on a tag, but I got it as close as possible by running on a different protected branch with a hardcoded version number. You can see the job creating the tag here: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/conductor/-/jobs/6545296

• Download the release archive from https://git.drupalcode.org/project/conductor/-/jobs/6545296/artifacts/file/conductor-0.0.1.zip
• Verify it installs correctly as a module and loads the conductor extension with the correct js and css
