Issue #3560377: Content outline: Allow sections to be expanded and shortened

Testing instructions

  • Verify there are now options to Expand/Shorten text when clicking the Lightbulb icon
  • Verify that when clicking the lightbulb icon when no text is selected will select the appropriate block of nearby text, and that expand/shorten replaces that selected block of text
  • Verify that a selecting text yourself can be expanded/shortened and only the selected text is replaced
  • When expand/shorten is open, click reload to get a different suggestion
