Resolves #3558696: Rank source selector dropdown doesn't close when clicking outside of it

Test steps

• Go to the 2.x branch.
• Open the extension and quickly click in the Rank sources dropdown until you see "No options"
• Wait until Rank sources are loaded and verify you can't close it until you click on the component.
• Go to this branch and npm run build
• Open the extension and quickly click in the Rank sources dropdown.
• Verify you can't open it until the rank sources are loaded.
• Once you can open it, the component can be closed anywhere.
