Skip order items with price zero - skip split percentage should not be computed dividing by a zero price

A deliberately free bundle - e.g. a gift-with-purchase whose unit price is zero - has no saving to represent and no meaningful per-child price split; skip it so the split percentage is not computed by dividing by a zero bundle price. Closes #3615954
