Unpublished products included in index table and filtered results

Unpublished products now have their terms included in the index table, and are included in filtered view results. This just removes the checks against the published status of the product, so would break existing views that rely on this. Do we have to make it a configurable option, or would acceptable to warn site builders of the change on the project page? Making it a configurable option with a settings page is also possible.
