Draft: Issue #3275719: Require omnipay/common not league/omnipay

This removes the dependency on php-http/guzzle7-adapter which is a sticking point for Drupal 9.5.x

  • drupal/core-recommended[9.5.0-beta1, ..., 9.5.x-dev] require guzzlehttp/guzzle ~6.5.8 -> satisfiable by guzzlehttp/guzzle[6.5.8, 6.5.x-dev].
  • Conclusion: don't install guzzlehttp/guzzle 6.5.8 (conflict analysis result)

I'm not confident this is the right approach, but I'm opening the MR so I can use this patch over in xurizaemon/commerce-demo!19 to see.
