AddToCartForm::setFormDisplay() falls back to the variation title widget only when the product's variation types do not share their attribute fields (same fields, same order, same order item type).
New kernel test AddToCartFormVariationTypesTest: shared attributes keep the attributes widget; different attributes fall back to the title widget. It fails on 3.x without the change.
