Resolve #3549797 "Colorbox library has been end-of-lifed"

Related to #3549797 Updates colorbox module to use new TurbojetTecnologies fork of the colorbox javascript library. Updates README and drush command to reference new fork instead of end-of-lifed version of colorbox. Removes workaround for isFunction(). If you use this version of the colorbox module, you must use the TurbojetTechnologies fork of the colorbox library.
