Allow nowdocs in t()'s arguments.

This change only addresses nowdocs. Since heredocs may contain variable interpolation, parsing and analyzing them would be too complex. It seems better to recommend replacing heredocs with nowdocs, as it is straightforward if the heredoc has no variables.
