Issue #3272624: Add a BDD test scenario for viewing a copied security group

@kumikoono @yas @TamakiFujino I have added a scenario. Could you review it?

It seems that we should also update this scenario to copy a security group to different VPC in order to confirm #3263209 is fixed. Should I do it on the issue, or another one?
