fix: #3620313 Fix K8s model class resolution for teknoo/kubernetes-client

Replaces the remaining Maclof\Kubernetes\Models lookup in K8sService with the Teknoo model namespace and aligns the custom K8s model lookup.

The other changes from MR !2391 are already present in 9.x.
