Issue #3452570: Adds compatibility with CKEditor 5 41.3.1 (Drupal 10.3)

Drupal 10.3 beta updated CKEditor 5 from 41.2.0 to 41.3.1 and introduced a breaking change which broke the icon picker. This update fixes the issue and enables CKEditor 5 Icons to be compatible with Drupal 10.3.
