Breezy paragraphs 3451465

There were some bugs in the template of the example_heading submodule that prevented Layout Paragraphs from attaching it's controls, so that is refactored. I also added a behavior plugin to example_heading, unrelated to Breezy / utility classes, but should make the example more impactfull, heading_level, which allows setting the heading level in the template.
