Remove .new-style & #page-subtitle

.new-style was removed in the D7 version after this was forked. It had been a way to transition through the last redesign, and that was done. I've promoted its remaining styles, so this should have no practical effect.

#page-subtitle was also removed in the D7 version. It was part of the old section navigation which we've ditched. This id is no longer present in the codebase. I've removed these styles.
