Draft: CTA Section image variant

This MR adds an image field to the CTA Section paragraph type. By selecting an image, the CTA Section design is altered to support image display by moving the text content to the left column. The background image is also disabled.

To test:

• Add a CTA Section.
• Complete and add a few CTAs
• Make sure at least one of the links in the cta use the "gui icon" button
• Add a CTA Media image to the CTA Section

• Remove the image.
• Verify the CTA returns to a text only mode with a background image pattern applied.
