Implemented Drush command support for orphan cleanup operations in Block Content Explorer.

Changes made

  • Added a dedicated Drush command class:
    • src/Commands/BlockContentExplorerCommands.php
  • Registered Drush services using:
    • drush.services.yml
  • Integrated the existing OrphanCleaner service into Drush commands.
