✅ CSPELL: Fixed all errors reported on GitlabCI:

  • Moved the MAINTAINERS section from the README.md file to its own txt file so user names could be excluded from validation.
  • Fixed all validation errors such as typos or spelling and
  • Required cspell job to pass Gitlab CI build validation.
