Issue #3457953 by DYdave: Ported Gitlab CI configuration from branch 2.0.x, with broader test coverage. Also ported 'phpunit' test class 'BlockClassTest' from '2.0.x'. Fixed 'cspell' and 'phpcs' validation errors. Required all jobs to pass.
