fix: #2650032 Refactor: Remove redundant priority-low selectors from smaller breakpoint in table.css

This removes the redundant priority-low selectors from the smaller (600px) breakpoint. The column is already hidden at the wider breakpoint, so this does not change behavior, only reduces duplication.
