Changes to use Azure Gov Cloud API endpoint
Added checkbox to form. Added config set argument in submit handler. Changed service to use new config setting. Added code to augment the connection string. Added endpoint suffix for government cloud API to constants. If Microsoft adds support in their common storage library, this can change based on their changes. Changes config schema and install. Changed tests.
