Update Azure Blob module for Drupal 11 compatibility
Refactored logging to remove deprecated methods and updated dependencies for Drupal 11. Added file validation service to improve validation checks and adjusted core requirements to "^10 || ^11". Cleaned up unused imports and ensured code aligns with modern Drupal standards.
