3296591: Updated for D10 compatibility, including porting from jquery.once to once

I'm not sure if I'm doing this right, as is the first time I've tried to use the new merge request method to submit a patch.

This builds on top of the work that has already been done in the D10 compatibility issue, with the following additions.

  • Add D10 compatibility indicator (which might be rolled back until it's 100% ready, as per this)
  • Switched libraries from jquery.once to once
  • Updated Javascript for all available audio player plugins to use Vanilla JS Once library
  • Ran the following through dos2unix to fix line endings:
    • audiofield.libraries.yml
