Created the views and the exposed filter.

*created a new brach for this issue *the address field has no city or state fields as stated on the issue to-do. I used locality and dependent-locality fields instead (i.e. Address:locality and Address:dependent_locality). *added Content_type: Job filter criteria (missing on to-do)
