Support printable resource descriptions by pulling them from ArchivesSpace

Adds

• an action to grab a resource description serialization and store it in a media on the archival resource node
• a queue worker for resource description request tasks
• a form and a Drush command for batch processing the resource description queue

Also provides some Drupal coding standards fixes.
