test: #3619084 Cover the anchors a format without the Anchor button must keep
Issue: https://www.drupal.org/project/anchor_link/issues/3619084
#3619043 fixed a Major defect where a format without the Anchor button lost id and name off its anchors. A unit test covers the plugin definition shape, but nothing drove the behaviour, so the regression could return silently.
Changes
- New format in the test recipe:
no_anchor_test— CKEditor 5, General HTML Support (nofilter_html), toolbar without the Anchor button. Added to the recipe's strict list alongside the existing two. - New scenario
03-01-03-anchor-outside-the-plugin.feature: writes<a id>and<a name>into that format, asserts both survive the editor, saves, and asserts the id reaches the rendered page. - The format-switch step waits for a different instance, not for the Anchor plugin. A format under test may deliberately lack that plugin, so the plugin-specific wait added in #3619046 cannot serve this scenario — and distinguishing the incoming instance from the outgoing one is the more accurate fix for the race it was written for.
Testing
node --check clean; recipe and config YAML valid. The behaviour itself was verified by hand in a browser on Drupal 10.6, Drupal 11.4 and Varbase 9.2 / 10.1 / 11.0 before and after the #3619043 fix — this MR is what stops it needing to be verified by hand again.
