Adds developer documentation for the AI Penpot module, built with MkDocs (Material) and published to GitLab Pages at https://project.pages.drupalcode.org/ai_penpot/ - the same setup as AI Figma. Issue: https://www.drupal.org/project/ai_penpot/issues/3611165.

  • docs/ pages: Home, Installation, Configuration, AI Agent tools.
  • mkdocs.yml (Material theme, light/dark).
  • A pages GitLab CI job that builds the docs (mkdocs build --strict) on merge requests and publishes Pages from the release branch.

Rebased onto the merged 1.0.x so the diff is documentation only.
