Description

Adds skills to create, review, and update Drupal UI elements. Closes #3588244

Two separate skills are added:

  • drupal-ui-element: A skill that selects and configures UI elements for Drupal sites and modules according to the Drupal user interface standard.
  • drupal-ui-text: A skill that reviews or drafts English UI text for Drupal sites and modules against the Drupal interface text standard.

Testing instructions

  1. Include the skills in your agent setup
  2. Follow the instructions in the skills' README.md files to use the skills
