Draft: #3577937: introduce JS editor for default information tools

Note: Still marked as Draft as some changes are still to be discussed:

  • Naming of the App (ToolsEditor might suggest it is a general tool for all tool related fields, and not just default information tools)
  • Should changes in the interactive mode sync automatically with the YAML, or 'saving' should be done first (I agree with the current design's solution)
  • Check wording
