Advanced Varnish cache 4.1.0

Adds Drupal 12 support and converts the hook implementations to the current
core APIs. No backwards compatibility breaks.

- Drupal 12 support, verified on Drupal 10.6.15, 11.4.5 and 12.0-dev.
- Hooks converted to object oriented hook classes, procedural implementations
  kept behind #[LegacyHook].
- hook_requirements() converted to hook_runtime_requirements(), the procedural
  version marked #[LegacyRequirementsHook]. Without this the BigPipe conflict
  check would stop working in Drupal 13.
- REQUIREMENT_ERROR replaced with RequirementSeverity::Error through
  DeprecationHelper.
- Minimum core version raised to Drupal 10.1. Only unsupported core versions
  were dropped: Drupal 9 and Drupal 10.0.
- Fixed a deprecation emitted on every request on Drupal 10.3 to 10.6, caused
  by the wrong version boundary when calling the parent constructor of
  FinishResponseSubscriber.
- Fixed Guzzle 7.11 exceptions for Varnish server addresses configured without
  a scheme.

No public method signature changed: the Drupal 12 return type deprecations are
suppressed with @return annotations, so subclasses keep working.
