Summary

Closes #3630983: cannot update to the latest release.

Changes

  • admin_toolbar.info.yml: set core_version_requirement to '>=9.5 <11.5'.
  • composer.json: add "provide": { "drupal/toolbar": "*" } so Composer treats drupal/toolbar as satisfied by this package.

Testing

  • Run composer update drupal/admin_toolbar against a site on Drupal core below 11.5 12 and confirm it resolves.
  • Enable the module and confirm the toolbar and admin menu still render.
