Automated tests: Added trait AdminToolbarHelperTestTrait with common methods to assert a specific link exists or not.

Improved assert method assertAdminToolbarMenuLinkExists by allowing to select a specific link by its text, position or CSS classes.
Replaced current implementations in \Drupal\Tests\admin_toolbar\Functional\AdminToolbarToolsSortTest by using the trait's methods.
