Resolve #3462011 "Fix automated tests recommendations"

Changes
- Updated modules to latest version that supports D9.
- Created workaround to fetch modules that no longer have releases that support D9. The workaround consists of a PHP script that merges a list of repositories with composer.json
- Moved folder from tmp to project folder to allow downloading artifacts and debug issues
