Issue #3265361: mailjet_event: prepare for the release

Fixed error in tracking url used for endpoints of Mailjet API. Renamed entity 'event_entity' to 'mailjet_event_entity'. Added a owner field to the 'mailjet_event_entity' and fixed deleting them. Fixed the id of routes in the mailjet_events module. Fixed wrong default value in the mailjet_event/Form/MailjetSettingsForm. Fixed wrong value in the 'open' reaction of Rules.
