 - Refactor quote retrieval into a separate function.
 - Add wysiwyg support.
 - Amend theme function to use <blockquote> by default rather than
<div>.
 - Introduce basic simpletests.
 - Add Views quote link for comments

Initial alpha release of the 6-2 branch with wysiwyg support for now.
