Add a Views display setting allowing you to hide a map if there are no results or show an empty map.

Unset the fixed zoom level of the default map. Instead we fit the zoom level to the points put on the map

Added shadowAnchor support for the icons in the field formatter. Fixed non-display of the icon in the formatter when no custom icon is used. Allow popup for single points to be optional.

If we have provided a zoom level, but not a center, then use that zoom level anyways after fitting bounds.
