EventSubscriber-Method

This MR consist of the alternate solution to the said issue. It is uses the EventSubscriberMethod instead of Hook Event Dispatcher. NOTE: The EventSubscriberMethod module is not working as of now, it has some connectivity issue while the ai_media_proof module is in a working state. The feature which lets the user select their desired AI for the caption generation is yet to be introduced in the module.
