Fixed ERL container paragraph template (forgot the responsive background image class)

Fixed important issue inside paragraph type list twig file.

Modifies container paragraphs to use responsive_background_image to set the container background image (instead of the old Javascript based solution)

Moved foundation grid collapse classes to row (layout_attributes) instead of setting them on the column / paragraph itself.

Important fix (brakes sites): Fixed paragraph type card setting "card type" - card--tile class was set by the wrong conditions.

Added switches for the new icon field (Drupal micon module instead of fontawesome)
