Update to Edit chess fixtures

  • Allows updating date from within the edit fixtures table
  • Improves the view using the bootstrap icons and loading spinners
  • Uses the bootstrap button for the Add Fixture link above table (makes non breaking changes to src/LeagueRoutes.php src/Controller/LeagueEventController.php which will make it easier to style links with bootstrap classes)
