[#1614234] Moving text field specific code to it's own module. Start on Refactor of Rebuild functionality. NOT WORKING CONDITION.

Fixing notice 'Notice: Undefined index: nodes in views_natural_sort_rebuild_index_finished() (line 146 of /var/www/example/sites/all/modules/views_natural_sort/views_natural_sort.admin.inc).'

Added a form in Configure->Views Natural Sort->Configure Word Removal Lists
Allowed the ability for words specifically at the beginning of a phrase to be removed
Allowed the ability for words found anyehwere but the beginning of the phrase to be removed
Allowed for any symbol to be removed.
This all works globally.

If views_natural_sort is enabled and there are 0 nodes availiable, a division by 0 error occurs. Fixed.

There were some DB calls inside the batch process that needed to be updated. In addition, the menu item was dated to Drupal 6. Updated it to comply with the way Drupal 7 puts things in "Configuration".
