[#1614234] Moving text field specific code to it's own module. Start on Refactor of Rebuild functionality. NOT WORKING CONDITION.

Didn't work if the word was at the beginning of the string. Order matters too apparently.

Added a form in Configure->Views Natural Sort->Configure Word Removal Lists
Allowed the ability for words specifically at the beginning of a phrase to be removed
Allowed the ability for words found anyehwere but the beginning of the phrase to be removed
Allowed for any symbol to be removed.
This all works globally.

If views_natural_sort is enabled and there are 0 nodes availiable, a division by 0 error occurs. Fixed.

The sorting includes negatives, decimals, and thousands seperator detection as long as it's a comma.

This will fix the issue with "An" not being ignorned. It will also add a few french words.

Only 1!

There were some DB calls inside the batch process that needed to be updated. In addition, the menu item was dated to Drupal 6. Updated it to comply with the way Drupal 7 puts things in "Configuration".

Updated hook_nodeapi to be hook_node_insert and hook_node_update.
Updated the db_affected_rows statement in _views_natureal_sort_store_node to be a single db_merge statement.

With support for a display field and an argument the sort can be used
with views that do groupings and other magic.
