Stops committing Swagger UI to the repository. /api-docs now uses a locally
installed swagger-ui library when present, and otherwise a version-pinned CDN
build carrying subresource integrity digests.

Layout Builder component errors are logged instead of returned, so raw
exception text no longer reaches callers. /api/menu-api/{menu_name} no longer
pins an access-filtered response into a shared cache.

Narrows core support to ^10.3 || ^11; Drupal 10.0 to 10.2 are out of support
and were never tested.

Verified on Drupal 11.4.6 and 10.6.16.

Closes an unauthenticated information disclosure present in 1.0.0: with the
default 'access content' permission, anonymous callers could read unpublished
entities and retrieve account emails and password hashes from
/api/user/user/{uid}. Entity, field and reference access are now enforced
throughout.

Also repairs a fatal that made 1.0.x-dev uninstallable on Drupal 11, makes
/api/layout/* and /api-docs work for the first time, and fixes normalization
for config entities, non-image media, taxonomy terms and file fields.

Contains breaking response-shape changes; see the release notes.

Verified on Drupal 11.4.6 and 10.6.16.
