This commit adds the styling for the photoswipe-gallery so it properly
displays in the comments. The border radius is added to the socialblue
theme but is not affected by card radius because the image icons should
always have a pleasing 10px rounded aesthetic.

The html was changed which meant the index was no longer correctly
determined. The image links are also always the first child so we need
to look at the container that it's in.

Adding a class to user content isn't simple so extending the selector
from `.table` (elements with the class table) to also include `.page-node
.body-text table` (table elements in elements with the body-text class of
node pages) ensures that they're properly styled when using socialbase as
a theme.

The e-mail logo file was not marked as permanent when it was uploaded.
This caused Drupal's automated clean-up system to remove the e-mail logo
which broke e-mails on some platforms.

After a short meeting with Xinyu we decided to reduce the font-size for
the node type to de-emphasize this and let the user focus on the main
content. The spinner has also been changed to follow the brand colors.
In this case it follows the navigation text color when displayed in the
search overlay.

default which causes a regression compared to the previously present
addtoany buttons.

This commit adds a default border-radius for the socialblue theme and
uses the socialbase theme to center the icons. It also ensures that when
a theme sets a custom border-radius for buttons that it's honored on the
sharing buttons.
