<p>To make <code>wamania/php-stemmer</code> and its dependency <code>voku/portable-utf8</code> PHP 8.2 compatible we would need to allow version 3 to be installable as well. So something like this, if both should still be maintained, or just use ^3.0, which still is backwards compatible. This will bring the updated <code>voku/portable-utf8</code> package in as well.</p>
