Fixed the issue of library duplication in the JavaScript key.

Table initialization is now handled in a separate JavaScript file.

Prevented the error caused by multiple tables on the same page. Each table now receives a unique, auto-generated ID. This was tested with the EVA module and by placing multiple blocks on the node full page to display related content using block views with the simple_datatables library enabled.

Added a custom table template.
