Ckeditors (4 & 5) failing check for php 8.1 but my hosted cloud is running php 8.1

<p>ignoring my cloud-level php at 8.1 and instead checking the whole platform's level. My vendor provides a custom level and my site is running on PHP 8.1 and not php 7. Rector only has a problem with the editors (ckeditor 4 & 5) ? </p>
