send client_email to the provision_backend_invoke of the hostmaster site install itself, same as we do for standard sites now

set a default client_name of 'admin' for the installer, in case --client_name has not been passed explicitly

this file is used by the debian package, which uses apache2ctl and not apachectl

this way we will create the admin account and get the login URL even
if we don't send email out

this should change not functionality if $client_email is provided.

the rationale here is we need to get the value fromt he frontend directly, not the stored value, as we want to mail to the user that's set in the task, not the site

Update paths also in nodes revisions for sites migrated/cloned/renamed and also imported from standalone install.

this fixes upgrades of modules like rules when the module location is
moved (e.g. from sites/all/modules to sites/all/modules/contrib)

because of #955018, setting site_offline doesn't propagate to the context so we need to use a variable already defined, we chose site_enabled

try to fix upgrade path from <=0.4-alpha8 by fixing the weight on the hosting module before running the upgrade

we need to do this here because it's too late when deploy calls updatedb, and we don't want to add profile-specific stuff to provision-deploy
