fix the help information for most provision-commands by removing the site name argument and switch to @aliases instead. add examples for most commands too.

this will allows us to just do apt-get install aegir to upgrade all three packages

this also disables (chmod 0) the manual drush_make install so that
drush doesn't freak out on the duplicate code copy.

We now test migrating 6->7, and if possible 5->6->7. We also don't reference mig5 in the tests any more, for aesthetic reasons.
