Issue #3063454 by sergei_semipiadniy: Replace \Drupal:: typedDataManager() with a service in DimensionsItem and MeasurementItem

- Add value objects for the different measurements.
- Use bcmath for unit conversions.
- Use a fixed list of units, allowing the value object to use it.
- Use better terminology (Distance -> Length).
- Use a single field type for all measurements, with matching widget/formatter.
