Hide changelog during initial workflow creation in Modeler

At this point the changelog has no meaningful content and showing it adds visual noise without value. This may confuse users who are still orienting themselves to the interface.</p> <h4 id="summary-steps-reproduce">Steps to reproduce</h4> <h3 id="summary-proposed-resolution">Proposed resolution</h3> <p>Hide the changelog field during the initial creation flow.
